Collection & Shipping


Can I Collect my Order myself? 

Yes, you can collect your own order from our Main Pickup Point OR from any of the Pgeon Pickup Points near you which you have selected.


Collection from Main Pickup Point


Pickup Point Address:

Ativo Plaza

Persiaran Perdana, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor.


If you have chosen to collect your order from our main Pickup Point, Ativo Plaza, you will need to select the Pickup Time & Date to pickup your order. 


As it would take at least 2 days to prepare your order,  you can only select a date that is 2 days/> away from the date you place your order.


Also, you will only be able to select the pickup time that is within the Business hours shown below.


(*NOTE: Business hours shown below are just the time period which we will be at Ativo Plaza to pass over the products. Our Operating Hour is from 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.)

If you wish to let someone else to pickup your order, you can select the option below. Please fill in the information required for the person picking up the order.

IMPORTANT: Collection will be cancelled if the order is not collected within 15 minutes from the selected pickup time. Please contact our support assistant on Instagram if you wish to reschedule the product collection.


Collection from Pgeon Pickup Points


If you wish to collect from any of the Pgeon Pickup Points near you, you can follow the steps below to do so.


STEP 1: Select “Self-collect with Pgeon" option.

STEP 2: Search the available pickup points near you by address, postcode or building name.


STEP 3: You can then choose to 'View as List' or 'View in Map'.


STEP 4: Select your preferred Pgeon Pickup Point from the list or map.

You should receive an email with the tracking number and tracking URL after your parcel has been shipped out. 


You can then just go to your selected Pgeon Pickup Point to collect your parcel once it is ready to be collected. 


 Can the product be Delivered directly to my place?

Yes, you can just choose the Shipping option on the Checkout page.

 

Please note that we only ship to West Malaysia currently. But we hope to deliver our products to as many regions and countries as we can in the future! 


 How long do I need to wait to Receive my Order?

We will need around 2 - 3 days to process and prepare your order as the Essential Oil Blends are always freshly blended and packed


The delivery to your selected Pgeon Pickup Point OR address (West Malaysia only) will also probably take around 1 - 3 working days from the date your order has been prepared and shipped out by us. But it may be longer during busy seasons.


So, in total, it may take around 3 - 7 working days for you to receive your order. 

 

 Can I change the Delivery/Collection method?

It depends. If the order’s delivery schedule has been set OR it has been shipped out by us already, you won’t be able to change it.

 

So, please contact our support assistant on Instagram as soon as possible after the order has been made if you wish to change the order Delivery/Collection method. 

 

 Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number and tracking URL after your parcel has been shipped out. 

 

Please let us know if you have not received the email after more than 3 days from the date you have placed your order. We will be able to help you to check the Order's status.
