ALL our products are not returnable AND exchangeable. 

We always carry out careful product quality inspection before we deliver your products. However, in the rare cases where the product received is wrong or faulty, we will facilitate you in returning the product to us. 

Once the product’s condition has been confirmed, a new set for the same product will be sent. 

If the product returned is found to be not wrong/faulty, the product will be sent back to you again and the shipping fee will be borne by you.

If the product received is wrong or faulty, and you do not wish to receive a new product set, you can request for a refund with our support assistant on Instagram.

However, please note that refund will only be given out after the wrong/faulty product has been returned to us AND the product’s condition has been confirmed by our team. 

Only the original amount you paid will be refunded.

Product return will only be allowed if the product received is wrong or faulty.

You can message our support assistant on Instagram after you have chosen the Day & Time from the options below to pass us the product at our Main Pickup Point, Ativo Plaza Bandar Sri Damansara.

OR you can ship the product to the address below by post. The shipping fee will only be borne by us if the product returned is confirmed to be wrong/faulty. If that’s not the case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Please note that if the product is not returned to us within 7 days from the Order Received Date, product Exchange and Refund will NOT be applicable.
