How to Order?

You can add the products that you would like to purchase into the Shopping cart on our website. Please select the product option and quantity preferred.

 

Before checkout, please double check your order carefully. Fill in the required information and proceed to the payment page. Please make the payment within the next 24 hours. If not, the order will be cancelled.

 

Once payment is made, please upload the payment proof (receipt/transfer slip/bank-in slip) on the payment page.

If you have missed the chance to upload the payment proof on the payment page, you can follow the steps below to upload it. 

 

(You can only use this method if you have already registered an account with us.)

 

STEP 1:  Log into your account > go to My Account.

 

STEP 2:  Click into the order.

 

STEP 3:  Scroll to the bottom on the right hand side > upload payment proof file > click Submit

If payment is made, but the payment proof was not uploaded, we will not process the order until we have received it.


How to Pay?

We only accept Bank Transfer, Maybank QRPay & TNG Pay for now.

 

You will be able to get the Bank Details needed to make the money transfer on the Payment page after you have checked out your order.

 

How long is the Order Processing Time?

All orders will only be processed after payment is made AND we have received the receipt

 

As all our Essential Oil Blends are freshly blended upon orders, it would take around 2 - 3 working days for our team to prepare and pack your order. Then, the order will be ready for collection or shipped out by our delivery partners.

 

Our store’s operation time starts from 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 5pm would not be processed until the next working day.


Can I Cancel my Order?

No, orders already paid cannot be cancelled. As our team would start processing your order as soon as payment is received.

 

However, orders made that are still not paid within the next 24 hours will be cancelled.
